This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, and loads no third-party resources — the fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so visiting it sends your data to no one but the host.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any web server, delivering a page necessarily processes your IP address, and the host keeps short-lived connection logs to serve the page and to defend against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with anything else.

Links that leave this site

Downloads and source links point to GitHub. Once you follow one, GitHub's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over and no insight into what happens there.

The episko app itself

The desktop app is a different matter from this website, and the short version is that it keeps to itself: it runs locally, stores its state on your machine, and talks to Claude Code on your own computer. It sends no telemetry to Respeak — there is no server of ours for it to send anything to. Everything it knows about your sessions stays on your disk.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and you may object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to info@respeak.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us that is the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Baden-Württemberg.
